I suppose with autumn coming here its silly for m to be making a picture that feels so much of late spring. But hey its going into spring for all of you on the southern hemisphere right? So I'll pretend it makes sense.Anyway one more commission down. Sorry this isn't in any SET order...>< I kind of have to work on them as inspiration strikes, and with the last set of loli's I figured now was the time to get the last of girls in foofy skirts done. AND OH MAN HER BOOBS WERE FUN TO COLOR *ahem*
I MAY upload the OC file later. Anyway Commission was for *mangareaderrad Character belongs to her, outfit belongs to me. Can't remember where I got the brushes >< Sorry

I love her hair so, sosososo much. ;3; The blues, the purples, the reds! It really makes her hair look luminescent (I want to compare it to oil, with so many facets of colour. But not like, oily hair. Actual oil

I actually tried something new with the hair. Did the first layer of it very similar to how I ballpoint ink hair.
