Description
This theme is from the beta of Windows XP. It has a lot more features than the first version of the theme i posted. I would appreciate any requests for themes also

also this theme has a bug. all of the text on system properties are white. and cannot know what windows i am using. i really got feared. windows 7 ultimate 64 bit by the way.
