I changed some things about Roxie, tweaked her story a bit so there are some differences from her first reference.

History: Roxie was born to a life of moderate luxury; her father had a well-paying job to support their family, but it constantly required the family to move around. As Roxie grew older, she decided to pursue a future career in science and all seemed well until Roxie turned 15 and began having horrible nightmares of a mysterious warrior on a battle field. The nightmares became more and more frequent to the point where Roxie developed a case of insomnia, restlessness and anxiety because she was so afraid to fall asleep and relive this horrible nightmare.

When all seemed lost, Roxie wandered around late one night restless and unsure of what to do about her problem and it was then, underneath the stars, a mysterious woman approached Roxie. The woman introduced herself as Hatsya and explained that she knew that Roxie was having nightmares and that she could help. Hatsya revealed that in her former life, she was a Sailor Soldier and it was her sole duty to protect Prince Orion, the crown prince of Alnilam. Suddenly, her nightmare made sense: it was a memory from her past life, the biggest regret that she could never let go as a Sailor Solider. Over the next few years, Roxie found her teammates, the other senshi that made up the Sailor Hunters and they began their search for the reincarnation of Prince Orion, but as of yet have not been successful.

Roxie competed in SMOCT last year, but it was a bit of a wash. While she was glad to have met some amazing friends there, her search for Orion had gone nowhere and in the mean time she has become even more frustrated and irritated about the lack of results in her and her teammates’ search. Her nightmares have gotten worse (not that she would admit it) and her failure in last year’s tournament made her realize just how weak she was, much to her chagrin.

Over the past year at SMOCT Roxie has been trying hard to be the mature, experienced leader she once was in her past life and can sometimes come off as stiff when she’s in her ‘serious mode’. When she’s not in the mood for nonsense, she can be rather snappy towards anyone she finds being too immature: watch out, she has a nasty temper. Despite her harsh, blunt nature, Roxie does care deeply for those close to her; sometimes she just misguided in her actions and tramples over others at times.

Transformation Sequence Description: Roxie holds her hands in front of her locket and as she shouts her transformation phrase, she pulls back her hands to reveal her now glowing locket, which floods everything in a glowing white light. Shooting stars fall from the sky revealing each part of her fuku until it’s complete.
Guardian Of: Hails from the Rigel; but her main duty that she has sworn to is to protect Prince Orion and Planet Alnilam, the planet in the center of the Orion constellation. Basically, it’s like the capital of their star system.
Abilities: Quick and agile, Sailor Rigel may not be the strongest, but she’s a brilliant strategist and can think quickly on her feet and can adapt to the situation at hand. She’s also quite skilled in wielding a sword.

Personality: Serious, a fierce fighter and determined to accomplish her mission of finding Prince Orion’s reincarnation, she doesn’t care who gets in her way, she’ll do what it takes to find the Prince (it’s borderline obsessive). Don’t expect compassion or mercy from Rigel; her heart is as cold as the attacks she wields. It almost seems as if Roxie and Rigel are two completely different people. Despite being so cruel, she’s a bold leader and takes charge of her team; she has complete loyalty to her team and even though they’re recently formed and have a lot of problems getting along, she’d do anything to protect her teammates.

History: The Ice Divider was the sword that Prince Orion’s mother, Queen Meissa, used to anoint Rigel as the head knight for Prince Orion and was given as a gift to Rigel to prove her rank. This sword is very dear to Rigel and she has a special connection to it. Despite using different icicles to summon her sword each time, it’s always the same sword that appears.
Other Information: The sword almost seems to have a spirit of its own and cannot be turned against its owner.
