After what seemed to take years, my reference for is finally complete.

Senshi Name: Sailor Lucidia
Civilian Name: Tali
Level: Cosmic

Age: Unknown, looks to be about 23 in Earth years

Special abilities: Oneiromancy: Through the use of her powers, Lucidia can open up a portal to the dream world and travel into it. By observing what she sees there, she can make predictions of what shall transpire in the future. While she does have the ability to travel into an individual’s dream, she would never do so without that person’s permission. She’s very serious about being respectful of others privacy.

Backstory: A high priestess and the oldest of the queen’s three daughters, Tali led a devout life and happily dedicated herself to serving her people. Shortly prior to when Tali was set to ascend Lucidia’s throne, a mysterious illness befell her people causing anyone who was infected to fall into an irreversible sleep.

Before the darkness completely consumed her people, Tali used her powers as Sailor Lucidia to travel into the dreams of all of her people on the planet to fight the evil force that was attacking them in their sleep. Tali was able to save the people of Lucidia, but at a dire cost: something happened during the battle that caused Tali to fall into a deep sleep for a hundred years. When Tali awoke, she had come to find that her planet was completely deserted.

Tali searched every inch of her planet, but couldn’t find a single clue as to what had become of her family or where her people had gone, if they were even still alive that is. Heartbroken, all hope seemed lost for Tali when in a flash of light, Sailor Chaska suddenly appeared before her. Neo Queen Serenity had sent Sailor Chaska to offer Tali a chance to come to Earth so she could help create the Silver Millennium Village. With no one left on her planet, Tali gladly accepted and made Crystal Tokyo her new home.

Personality: When it comes to personalities, Tali is rather out there. She always talks in a dreamy voice and what she says or the predictions she tells to others often times never makes much sense. She usually comes off as an airhead and is certainly the kind of person that constantly has their heads in the clouds. Tali is used to dream logic where strange and weird things are logical, so simple things, such as basic Earth customs, tend to easily confuse her.

Tali is very spiritual and because of this has a very calm sense, or aura if you will, about her. She very rarely gets angry and is able to maintain her cool under most kinds of pressure. Due to her odd behavior though, Tali does tend to be the loner of the group. She has a habit of withdrawing to either her spa or the dream world when she’s feeling down since it’s pretty much the only place that makes sense to her. And when she’s feeling especially homesick, she’ll lock herself away in the dream world for days revisiting her dreams about her life before she came to live at the village.

Henshin Item and Description: A silver ring with a purple gem that she wears on her right hand.
Henshin Phrase: Lucidia Ethereal Power, Make Up!
Henshin Description: Tali calls out her transformation phrase and waves her left hand across her ring. A shimmering purple cloth appears and envelopes her, the cloth then splits into four sections, becoming her wings. She pulls back her newly formed wings, revealing her fuku then waves her hand across her ring one more time to transform it into her staff as she strikes her final pose.

Weapon and Description: Dream Staff: A staff through which Lucidia channels her magic to generate some of her attacks and to open up portals to the dream world as well. Lucidia will also use the staff to defend herself against physical attacks, but she’s not one for close-combat. Her staff is the same item as her henshin ring and when she’s not using her staff, she’ll wear it as a ring instead.

Attack Names and Descriptions:
1) Shining Reverie Blast: Lucidia takes a moment to gather power and then channels it into the gem in her Dream Staff, firing out a powerful blast of energy. The longer she charges it, the more powerful the attack.
2) Shimmering Illusions: Lucidia’s glass wings grow and envelope her – a bright light bursts forth creating several illusions of Lucidia which she uses to deceive her enemy. The illusions can be dispelled with a direct attack.
3) Web of Dreams: Lucidia uses her staff to weave threads of energy together to ensnare her opponent and immobilize them.
4) Chilling Night Terrors: Lucidia channels dream world energy through her staff and fires it at her opponent. The dream energy manifests itself into her opponent’s greatest fear, terrorizing her opponent. The attack goes on until her opponent manages to see through and break the illusion’s hold on them.

Other Information: Lucidia is completely enamored with Earth culture and constantly studies it, especially Earth fashion (too bad she has no fashion sense what so ever). You’ll usually see her in her civilian form with mismatched Earth clothing and sometimes in her senshi form. Very rarely will you see her in her princess form, only for special formal events in which it’s required.
