New app for I've had the main parts of the art for this app done fore awhile, but between moving and packing and almost not having a place to live and now moving again life has been hectic. But hopefully after the last move this weekend, things will be settled and I can be more active. c:

Backstory: A high priestess and the oldest of the queen’s three daughters, Tali led a devout life and happily dedicated herself to serving her people. Shortly prior to when Tali was set to ascend Lucidia’s throne, a mysterious illness befell her people causing anyone who was infected to fall into an irreversible sleep.

Before the darkness completely consumed her people, Tali used her powers as Sailor Lucidia to travel into the dreams of all of her people on the planet to fight the evil force that was attacking them in their sleep. Tali was able to save the people of Lucidia, but at a dire cost: something happened during the battle that caused Tali to fall into a deep sleep for a hundred years. When Tali awoke, she had come to find that her planet was completely deserted.

Lost and alone, when Sailor Chaska appeared on behalf Neo Queen Serenity to invite her to SM Village, Lucidia gladly accepted the invite.

Personality: Tali comes off as an airhead and seems to constantly have her head in the clouds. While confused by basic Earth customs, she is quite enamored with it's culture and is always interested in learning more. She has a calming presence and does her best to be supportive and help newcomers adjust to the village. At times though, she does get homesick for her home world and will often withdraw into the dream world during these sad times.

Henshin Item and Description: A silver ring with a blue gem in the center
Henshin Phrase: Lucidia Ethereal Power, Make Up!
Henshin Description: Tali calls out her phrase and waves her other hand across her ring. A shimmering purple cloth appears and envelopes her, the cloth then splits becoming her wings. She unfolds her newly formed wings, revealing her fuku.

Weapon and Description: Lotus Orb: This sacred object is powered by the stone from Lucidia's henshin ring and allows her to channel and amplify her powers to unleash her attacks.

Attack Names and Descriptions:
1) Shining Reverie Blast: Lucidia takes a moment to gather power and then channels it into her Lotus orb, firing out a powerful blast of energy. The longer she charges it, the more powerful the attack.
2) Shimmering Shield: Raising her Lotus Orb high above her head, Lucidia creates a shield to protect herself or others from attacks. The more shields she creates, the faster she drains her power.

Other Information: Lucidia is completely enamored with Earth fashion - too bad she has no fashion sense what so ever. You’ll usually see her in her civilian form with mismatched Earth clothing.
