Description
It depicts a military-grade robot policeman made by OCP at the Gotham City Wharf. In order to obtain more drugs from Nuke, he lost control and shot the residents near the wharf with a machine gun. Robin investigated that the robot was used by a man named Cainβs drug addicts and cult leaderβs brains control it. When Robocain carried out a massacre at Gotham Pier, Batman (Bruce Wayne) and Robin (Tim Drake) came to stop him.
