made another new mario oc :3

Raptis are the distant cousins of Yoshis. While Yoshis have a more rounded and smooth body, Raptis are more slender and fluffier. Raptis also live off of vegetables, much like how the Yoshis live off of fruit. Unlike their distant cousins, Raptis are gifted flyers and mostly live in high places like caves in the side of mountains.
this Rapti in particular became good friends with Sophia when she was visiting his island, he's very sweet but also a little timid. As shown here Rapti is very intimidated by those much larger than him, especially towards DK when Sophia introduced them to each other. I also like to think that Rapti and Sophia have been friends long before she met the bros.
Rapti was inspired by the stated velociraptors having feathers instead of scales
