Wyngro Design Concept for thank you so much friend! I hope this concept is a helpful stepping stone to a design you love!
I don't get many of these where I have to work with a supplied palette so I had fun working with it! I think I changed the colours ever so slightly but not so much that they can't be changed back if preferred.

Base: Keep the same (palette )
Theme: Blue jay and big cat
Upgrades: Sleek Tail | Fluffy Tail | Full Feathered Back Wings | Rogue Ears | Elegant Hair | Tiny Arm Wings | Stick Legs | Feather Butt | Primal Beak | Crescent Stamp | Rosette Markings | Hunter Stripe Markings | Pupils | Coloured Sclera | Brow Changer | Cheek Fur | Coloured Tongue | Finger Paw Pads | Paw Pads | Thumbs | Defined Small Claws | Fluffy Limbs | Body Fur | Gradient | Gradient Markings | Stripe Markings | Spot Markings | Band Markings
Fluff tail ÷sleek tail gull back wings Rouge ears elegant hair tiny arm wings stick legs rosetts hunter Stripes feather butt primal beak Cresent stamp

Unlimited Clothing: Kept the scarf and earring from the other concept but changed up the colouring. Added a bandana to keep the hair back and some fun jingle bells on tail because cats and birds have those on their toys and things, tis sweet. Oh and leg warmers to match the scarf.
- So with a pretty complete list of requested upgrades and colours I mostly had to play with their placements
- As such I shifted markings to be limited to different areas to draw the eye to the different features so each one stands out rather than blending into each other
- Ah I also added one colour but its just a darker hue of the base so I hope that's okay, it was sort of needed for the blue-jay look which was lacking compared to the big cat theme
- The long feline like fluffy white tail, tipped in black and then using hunter stripes to sort of 'fade' it out with an almost fur-like texture
- Black stick leggies with the blue toes to match the forearms which are mostly to lean towards the blue jay but some cats have 'socks' too
- The rosette markings concentrated mostly on the torso like your standard snow leopard before the darker colour and markings fade out to white along the limbs and belly
- The belly it two placements of black and white with hunter stripes switching along the way to imitate the sort of scaled tipped feather look of the downy feather of a lot of bird bellies and such
- This also leads up to the crescent stamp on the chest and up into the primal break
- Fluffed out the hair to give you another option for the hair style, still short and cute and not too in the way
- Decked out the feather butt and wings to look a little more like the blue jay's as well with some creeping in rosettes to link the two
