Wyngro Design Concept for thank you so much friend! I hope this concept is a helpful stepping stone to a design you love!
Sometimes a theme doesn't lean towards a certain type of outfit so I just come up with something fun with no idea if it fits with the character aaaah

--- Current Design ---

Base: Keep Similar, darker base
Theme: Black ice, a winter storm in the mountains
Upgrades: Copter Ears | Scruff Tail | Heart Stamp | Unusual Shaped Pupils | Coloured Sclera | Brow Changer | Jagged Shaped Mouth | Cheek Fur | Freckles | Horn Nibs | Elegant Hair | Earth Spikes | Small Defined Claws | Thumbs | Pure Claws | Fluffy Limbs | Bofy Fur | Gradient | Gradient Markings | Stripe Markings | Spot Markings | Camo Markings | Smudge Markings | Prehistoric Markings

- Unlimited Clothing: Loose cotton vest that can work around the spikes, one side sleeved to further lean into the asymmetrical design. Leather woven anklets and headband
- So I split the themes across the appendages.
- Black ice on one side, smudges to add some built in shading and crevices
- Earth spikes to both work as the black ice and darkened mountains with snow-capped tips. I actually have no idea if you can have spikes on one side and not the other but testing ideas is the point of concepts
- Snowy other sides with spots of snow in focus
- Snow-capped/stained digits, even if that's not how it works
- Heart Stamp off white as requested but hey it also works as a cold core sort of thing, I added prehistoric markings to make it look like either its creating frost or its flacking shattered pieces from it
- Snow concentrated spine as a source for all the speckles of snow scattered across the form
- Jagged shaped mouth plus the darker placement to make a small little mountain range against the blue and white freckle snow storm sky
- Darkened the sclera so the eyes stand out and kept the sorrow mark like its a source of melting black ice, even if that's not how it actually works
- Horns are also a representation of the ice, mix of stripes and spots since I don't think stripes can get that small at the tip, with gradient like the light glinting off the shiny surface of ice. Similar reason for the blackened claws, smaller little shards of ice
- Snowy white hair and scruff tail
