RelatedAfter running into Sonata again Tenga allows her to stick around as he kept going along the river, calmly explaining to her that he was practicing his magic. Not long after that they came across fellow fishy-gro Nixie who was doing some of the same.
Tenga figured someone who has at least attempted the water walking ability was better to show him how to do it than the absolute zero experience he had. They start by supporting some weight on their arms, hurray! Sonata chirps encouragement from land not far off.
Okay so not the most elegantly planned plotting on my part but magic practice isn't the easiest to integrate everytime aha

yeah she will get there eventually, i need to plan how she gets her bigger wings, i wonder if Tenga would like to fly with her (like...grabbing the boi and going for a fly)
