Boom, with all currently known upgrades Wish is now done! Well except for clothing, he now has the cloak added to his usual outfit after getting the material with Retiri at the markets. If I remember correctly from my concepts for him he has a star clasp to keep it together at the neck so I need to think of a situation for that.
I'll update his reference sheet soon after this but here we go:
