IT'S NOT A TUTORIAL! It's just my own process of doing cell-shading, so yea, Idk, I'll do a tuto, next time, maybe, idk...CHERUB Y U NO POST STUFF OF EDUCATIONAL VALUE?!
I've intentionally left the tool settings on the left, uncropped, so that ya'll can see what settings I use. Generally, I use just the Pen tool and Water tool and many, many filter layers xDD

I didn't. Found it after my friend started using it. And it's awesome. I got the full version for free, but now that I have no tablet, and haven't got any kinda camera except my cell phone's, I'm basically stuck with screenshot and pixel art uploading. And I can't really draw well with a laptop mousepad if I don't use bases.
