First off, great style, and I love the composition and the level of detail on this. Shit, you gave Frog webbed gloves, and Lucca looks cute as hell. I like the whole "gear" thing you've got going on, very nice and fits with the title and the game's namesake quite well.
Secondly, I completely agree with your comment. Screw the FFVII remake and the fanboys that so fervently want it.
Only thing is that Magus looks kinda funky. Other than that, this is perfect in my eyes. Your internets will be arriving by mail shortly.

I recently won a copy of Final Fantasy Anthology/Chronicals on e-bay. It has CT included and I had nearly forgotten how much I loved this game. Your artwork does a fine job of recounting the MANY hours I logged in on this game. Good job adding the nostalgia.

I seriously hope they bring it to the DS ((like they are doing to FF3-7 3s out 4 is either out or about to come out...)) Although It would be cool on a console ((like the ps2/3 or 360 although ps2 just because then I don't have to fork out 600+ dollars XD which I so would))

I join you I join your freaking true question to suarenix !!!! you know there was one FREAKING GOOD remake in 3d. but it was a project of a nerd, and they went on rampaging with copyrights, even he did it just for fun and in awe of that great game (one of the best till today..) .

Yesh, Although I don't really agree about the remake bit. Perhaps a bit of a sequel? A little less in the direction of CC and a bit more the CT's style?

Awesome piece of art! Poses are awesome for all the characters, as well as the line art, coloring, etc. I really like Chrono's facial expression. He looks tough and confident, as if he is about to take out a whole slew of enemies or strike down a powerful foe/boss.
