-An update to Chestnutscoop's readme for clarity
-Added an English translated version of Beamman's DropShadow readme
-Renamed all .x and .fx files for ease of use and clarity
-Renamed the 'Light Blue' effect to 'Cyan'

This is the final DropShadow effect from me, unless anyone has any more idea edits they can suggest to me. If you have a new idea, please let me know in the comments or send me a private message!

Compared to the other spectrum dropshadow effects I've made, these ones are much darker. They would suit a darker aesthetic image with low lighting.

Please remember to read both mine and Beamman's readme, and credit us both when you use this effect
