Had this asked a couple of times, so I'll kill two birds with one stone here. The birds being =VashTastic and ~artemisa-69 of course
Anyway, this is basically how I do _that_ effect but I've shown you here how to use it in clouds... for other ways just use different brushes to create the effect. Try playing with opacities and layer blend modes.
