Description

I was bored so I decided to draw something related to uniforms this time. Two random figures wearing WWII related uniforms. Black is my favourite colour so I drew two different black uniforms.

Obersturmführer uniform: 'senior storm leader', it was a Nazi Party paramilitary rank that was used in several Nazi organisations, such as the SA, SS, NSKK, NSKF. The rank was first created in 1932. Within the SS, this rank carried a wide range of occupations including staff aide, Gestapo officier, concentration camp supervisor and Waffen-SS platoon commander. The insignia was three silver pips and a silver stripe centered on the uniform collar patch. The rank was senior to an Untersturmführer and junior to a Haupsturmführer. They wore armband with a swastika on it and a cuff band which represented which battalion they belonged to.

Arrow Cross uniform: The Arrow Cross party was a Hungarian Nazi party led by Ferenc Szálasi. The uniform was similar to the SS black uniform. They didn't wear insignias, they wore green shirts with black ties and armband with the symbol of the Arrow Cross Party on it. They had machine guns. This uniform was worn by the 'elite-guards' the others wore only green shirts with the armband and had rifles.
