Happy 2008! Maybe a new year's resolution of mine should be to post things here more often? I neglect this place terribly.I've just been in a funny mood lately and not liked anything enough to put it here, even my doodle journal has been kinda neglected this past month. But now I'm happy, it's a new year and I'm feeling motivated! It's also my Birthday tomorrow (Which helps my mood) so eeeeeeeeeee.
This is a few months old now and looking at it i know a few things are still a bit off. I've been trying to fix it these past few days and finish the colouring so I can have some thing half decent to post >.<
It's my character Kosei getting ready for some special occasion. Maybe he got promoted? Not that he does much to deserve a promotion; guess those are the perks of sleeping with the boss X3

I love the cardboard texture! Great job with the shading especially on the hair and face. The eyes nose and lips look adorable.

Love the brown, oh how I love brown! His hair looks like chocolate caramel, and his suit like it's made from crumpled, brown paper! I really love the fact that there are limited lines, that your eyes have to fill in the arms.
He's all very nicely presented, but he looks a tad angry. Perhaps someone pointed out to him that if the brown paper got wet, he'd better be wearing some fancy underwear, as he'll be flashing! I don't even know what I'm rambling about anymore.
