Awesome Soundtrack, i love Joe Hisaishi!!!
Omg, princess mononoke is to me, the most fun subject to draw. Her character design is gorgeous and there is so much to her so there's so many ways to paint her. I love this girl!!!
So yeah, im kinda happy with this one, it was really great to be able to kick back and paint after a super long/ stressful week
Feels great to draw again!

I still think this is the best of Miyazaki's films. It's my absolute favorite because of the art detail and story line and everything! It's so awesome. You did a great job yet again! ^_^

Oh, wow - I haven't listened to that song in a while, but it makes me want to watch the movie again. *__* You did a very good job of capturing the atmosphere of the music in your artwork, I think! It's really amazing; generally, chibi versions of characters tend to be happy, cute, not really that serious. But you were able to capture the sort of.. wild elegance, I guess? XD; of Mononoke, as well as the feel of the entire movie, too. Great work~

Yeah when it comes to drawing her I always am drawn to her darker/ mysterious side which is weird cuz i draw chibis

me too! i saw it when i was young, living in japan. All the ghibli movies, but the movies that i remember more are Mononokehime, Nausica, Totoro and Kiki

i love joe hisaishi too!! though i never watched this movie, cos i heard it has a sad ending and i can't bear sad endings

And really? I saw it and though im not gonna spoil too much, but i would say that the ending is more bitter-sweet. I wouldn't call it sad but yeah its a little bit of a stressful movie
