Description: She has shoulder-length electric yellow hair, two scarlet eyes, one larger than the other (Like Nos-4-A2 from Buzz Lightyear of Star Command) which turns black when she powers down. Light-skinned, and usually wears an orange T-shirt over a crimson long-sleeved shirt, blue jeans, and white Tennis shoes.
Bio: Chibi-Nos was Nos-4-A2’s second attempt to create a convincing humanoid vampire, or at least the second attempt that actually worked. Nos-4-A2’s goal was to create an android which he could teach to be as evil as he was, and to work alongside him. Unfortunately, he wasn’t as well informed as Zurg when it came to the Evil levels. (Nos-4-A2’s level of evil happens to be a 14 or 15. He made Chibi-Nos’s evil level somewhere in the late teens.) Chibi-Nos was surged to life, but unfortunately did not have a personality programmed in, and was acting very vacant. The idea was that she was supposed to develop a personality of her own, but the software wasn’t working correctly. The first 5 years of her life were spent saying “Yes sir.” Or “No sir.” and absorbing information from her insidious father. After awhile, Nos-4-A2 fixed the software, and immediately afterwards Chibi-Nos’s personality kicked in. She threw Nos-4-A2 into oblivion, and flew away from the planet she was created.

Her first few weeks on Tradeworld, she realized she was different. Like her father, she has many of his powers, including sucking energy out of robots, mind control, shooting rays of pure energy, wings that give off the same red-orange glow, and the same accent. She also has a few powers unique to her, like retractable claws, fast healing, and the ability to go for a prolonged time without having to recharge. Anyhow, getting back to the point, Chibi-Nos spent her days on Tradeworld sucking energy from Vend-bots and the like. One day Chibi-Nos’s life was changed when she was found by a member of Team Lightyear. It was XR. He happened to be on patrol of Tradeworld and saw Chibi-Nos. (she wasn’t in very good shape due to being severely shorted out by a Law-Enforcement Android) XR being the robot he was, took her back to Buzz Lightyear, and while uneasy, let XR take her back to Star Command. As soon as Chibi-Nos came to, it didn’t take her long to realize where she was. Due to Nos-4-A2’s teaching about the Evil space rangers, it was in her programming to destroy Star Command, and especially Buzz Lightyear. It took awhile, but she shorted out every Escape pod, and Starcruiser and robot in all of Star Command. Chibi-Nos is probably the only person in recorded history to take over Star command for longer than a week. After three weeks, Chibi-Nos became bored and restored Star Command to its former glory, searching for more things to suck on.

Chibi-Nos made Tradworld her permanent home, and currently resides where Savvy SL-2 used to live. Chibi-Nos became the friend of Zee, Evil Emperor Zurg’s cloned daughter after saving the self-proclaimed Princess of Darkness from a spaceship crash. Zee explained her plans to Chibi-Nos, who joined her little empire. As soon as they could steal a new ship, Chibi-Nos was invited to stay with Zee and help her with her New Galaxy Order. Unfortunately her life at Planet Z ended when she realized that Zee had absolutely no intention of giving her even shares. In a fit of rage, Chibi-Nos cut the power for all of Planet Z, and flew away. That was the moment where Chibi-Nos became wary and hateful of all people and robots.

Chibi-Nos has been reunited with Nos-4-A2 once or twice, but they choose to live separately, but neither of them know exactly why. Nos-4-A2 has a great deal of respect for Chibi-Nos, and vice versa, but one might think he deliberately tries to avoid her and her powers. Chibi-Nos does not really seem to mind, though. Her favorite things to do are drain things of energy, quarrel over pointless things with random strangers, play synth-piano, and stargaze. She is currently single, mostly because nobody’s lived long enough to call himself her boyfriend, but Chibi-Nos has said that she’s just waiting for the right guy to come along.

Facts/Quirks: If Chibi-Nos was made into a real cartoon, she would sound like Olivia D’Abo doing her “Tak” voice.

Chibi-Nos must be put on a relaxant to make her act remotely calm. She says that she doesn’t know where that comes from, but guesses that it came around the same time she was shorted out by that Law-Enforcement Android.

Chibi-Nos has never met her previous sibling. Nos-4-A2 has told her it resides in a garbage heap somewhere with tamper-proof sealant so it can’t be activated again, but Chibi-Nos does not believe this.

Nos-4-A2 does not call Chibi-Nos by her name. He calls her “Mark II” which she usually responds with “My name is Chibi-Nos!” her real name, Nos-4-A2 Mark II, is only used to insult her. “Chibi-Nos” came around her first couple of weeks on Tradeworld. It was given to her by a Japanese earth-dweller. Someone later explained that “Chibi” meant ‘small’, and Nos meant, well, Nos, so her name translates to “Small Nos.”

Zee is the only person Chibi-Nos feels calm around. Everyone else can just go to hell for all she cares.

It’s speculated that Chibi-Nos was created on Canis Lunis.

Unlike her father, Chibi-Nos can recharge in two different ways: 1) Hook up to a charger, and 2) Sleep the way humanoids do. Chibi-Nos usually chooses the latter.

Chibi-Nos is probably the one robot in existence who is happy being a robot.
