Description
A rather old sketch of my concept for Mega Mew. It’s supposed to be Mew’s original form when it was a creator alongside Arceus, but that it abandoned its divine form to live alongside the Pokemon of the world. Before doing so, however, it sealed its former power inside a stone, and hid it in a realm that only Giratina has access to. With the advent of Gen 6, I decided that I might as well make the stone into a Mega Stone.I took inspiration from Mewtwo and Mega Absol for its design.

So, months ago, I found a design that looks similar to this... (practically, identical, actually)
I asked permission from the artist to use it in, probably a game...
This was granted, I found the guy had been banned a few weeks after.
Then a few weeks ago, my dad "cleaned" the computer desktop, and along with ALL the shortcut icons and some rather important files, most of my folders were removed, including where I saved three versions of mega-mew, including the one that looked almost exactly like yours...
So, I did some google image searching to recover it (I can't find my notes to/from from this other artist, so I don't have a link to the other one anymore), and instead found your submission.
So, would I be allowed to use your design for games/art of my own? (of course, with credit to you)

Is that a fic? Sure, I'd be fine with that. Although I realize now that this design should technically be considered a Primal Mew since it's supposed to be Mew's original power.

It's more of an original series like Ruby of Blue's "Pokemon Manifest Heart". I'm going to eventually become an animated series, but sure, you can call it a fic for now. Thanks for responding! I'll be sure to show you some designs and storyboards for it!

Great concept. It's funny how the ideas you had in the past end up fitting perfectly as a Mega form. I like the inclusion of the fluffy angel wings, too.
