Someone asked how I made the glitter, so I made a tutorial.

To be honest I'm pretty busy at the moment so I don't think I'll have time for it soon
But who knows, maybe you'll find something that works for you and works even better, I discover a lot of these things by just endlessly playing around with settings and such.

I couldn't use the brush/stats you used since I use a different programm, but I understood the basic idea of jittering from your tutorial so I could adjust it for my programm

Say, do you think this would aid in sparkling skin? I have a very flamboyant person to draw and it'd be nice for him to shimmer without becoming a disco ball (The Party Rock Anthem video made me jealous, that's the point of my desperation XD).Β

I think that could indeed work, perhaps with some little changes though. Perhaps make the glitter some finer/smaller and also don't fill it up completely but rather stay around "some more" perhaps. you can also try playing around with the layer settings a bit perhaps.

That's really weird, it used to work, but now I tried it, I couldn't open it either... I tried clicking right, and then "view image" it worked after that, maybe that works for you too
( But it's still weird
