Description
In the following picutre, i have posted a tutorial on how to make your own bokeh effect.Have fun with your colors.

I do think that Abduzeedo's is better than this though.
But I still like this deviation.

That method produces overly sharp bokeh. Adding blur and light texture helps.

Looks pretty awesome. Sure beats my old smudge->blur->smudle method (that looked like crap.) I'll be sure to put it to use the next time I want a bokeh effect!
