I realized a few uploads ago that I haven't been as consistent with our 'base' sizes as I'd like to be, and of course, the number one question everyone was asking about Kawaii after her introduction was "How tall is she?"So, I decided to do a quick little size comparison to answer these questions and better illustrate the difference.
Character Heights, in order from shortest to tallest:
Chibi: 3' 11"
Kawaii: 5' 3"
Takai: 9' 6"
Also, on the left is Kawaii's cat, Shaia (who stands up like that so often it's as if she just stepped out of a Miyazaki film), and on the right is Takai and I's puppy, Vash.

Well, it's not silly. That is what 80% of my art is about anyways. Takai will be the only one doing that, however. Kawaii is here though because my art is always imitating experiences from my real life, and since she's living with us, it's awful hard to do that and not have her included as a regular character. Plus, she's got her own quirkiness, and her and Takai together are like a comedy duo.

Hehe, yeah. Takai's knee is just below eye-level for me, so it's a pretty big difference. I'm glad you like that cat, too! She was a lot of fun to draw. ^__^

It knows it is a cat, right? Or maybe it's a step towards a new evolution of cat-breeds that walks on its back legs!

Well, it's a little hard to say, because in my older pictures, her base height is 8'2". She's had a little growth spurt during my year of inactivity, though, so in my newer pictures, her base height is 9'2". Since I'm not uploading things chronologically though, it's a little hard to see that.

Well, I figure if she goes through another growth spurt, I'll just edit this chart. I kept the source file on separate layers, so I can just edit adjust Takai's height as necessary. ^__^

whoa. that's um......that's some height chart there. i'm only 5'9 or 5'10 myself. but still, it's a awesome and interesting chart.
Chibi, watch out for the manholes so you don't end up falling in on accident. lol.
and Takai, careful of them tree branches there. bump into them too many times and you'll get a hard headache. XD lol.

No, but Takai's height has a tendency to fluctuate. I guess I would say that Takai's height is "subject to change". ^____^

Yep, Takai could definitely be described as 'tall'. ^___^ It's often hard to tell just how tall she is until you see her standing up straight like this, though.
