Especially seeing how recently Donko's "monstrous" characteristics were starting to retreat in favor of showing off her "demonic" half.
Yeah, remember- Donko is a MONSTER, how 'bout some MONSTER related stories?!
So here we are.
I gotta be honest- I had no idea how I should cannon "Monsters INC" with Donko, so I had to watch the movie again, and near the ending this disturbing thought came to mind: If the monsters figured out that children's laughter is more powerful than screams- why do they bother writing stand-up acts and buying clownish accessories? Can't they just tickle them? Hell, why didn't Sully just tickled Boo when they had to activate the doors during the chase scene?
I know it's kinda disturbing if you really think about it, I mean: I would have been WAY more traumatize had I known that there was a monster in my closet ready to come out at all time and tie me down and tickle torture me, but... When it comes to effort- it's a lot more worthwhile to the monsters and it's pretty simple...
O.k, let's not talk about this anymore...
WTF- I don't know, I just can't figure out how Donko heard about the movie "Monsters INC", let alone imagine her sit down and watch it on her TV in the netherworld AND actually believe that their idea of an energy source will actually work in real life (well... THEIR real life, not REAL real life).
Is there ever such a thing as a BATTERY?!
