This is a fanart of House and it's very easy to see which character the big one in this picture is. As a matter of course he child isn't existing in the series and House would never let a child be this near his injured leg - except his own maybe. ^^
My inspiration was a fanfiction, where House really got a little daughter. An intimate gesture that connects these two, is shown in this picture.

But I can tell you the name of the child: "Meredith" and the mother ist Cameron. Yes, Cameron and House are married and have got a daughter.

Deutsch:
Dieses Fanart ist zu House und es ist unschwer erkennbar wer die große Person sein soll. Das Kind exitiert natürlich in der Serie nicht und niemals würde er ein Kind so nahe an sein krankes Bein heranlassen - ausser sein eigenes Kind vielleicht. ^^ Inspiriert wurde ich dadurch von einer FF, wo House tatsächlich eine kleine Tochter bekam. Eine vertraute Geste die die beiden hier verbindet ist hier zu sehen.

Die Tochter heisst übrigends "Meredith" und die Mutter ist Cameron. House hat also Cameron geheiratet in dieser Fanfiction.
