This is an overdue fanart. I actually drew it after I read chapter 52 of the manga.This is Roy's optimism --- Hawkeye may not be his aide any more but at least there's a chance she'll wear a miniskirt now.
I'm not going into details and there's a reason why the fuery and the others don't look so pleased, why Havoc looks uninterested, the Elric brothers don't seem to care and Armstrong is still, well, Armstrong.

Even if the law did somehow get passed, have fun trying to get Riza to wear a mini skirt. And then there's Olivier.......good luck with that. Try to stay out of sight, a tank might appear and might 'accidently' go off.

Before anyone posts anything, I would like to apologize for the lack of color, or effort to at least clean up the lines. I've colored this 3x in photoshop but I can never seem to finish it.
But a good idea is not to be wasted and out of laziness, the idea of rendering it manga-style came to mind. No colors, just black and white. Heh, took me around 2 hours to finish it.
