Very good tutorial, very straightforward and simple, I'm sure it'll help many looking for such help.

I know my fair amount about skin palettes anyway, so I can't say I learnt anything from your tutorial, sorry. Maybe this should simply be a beginners guide as such?

One problem arisen is that you're working monochromatically. A large amount of the colours depend on the source of lighting - for example, blue lighting being reflected would make this a lot different. Maybe you should look into that further.

I'm not saying you didn't put effort into this, trust me, it shows, and the tutorial IS brilliant, I just felt that's what it's missing. I know you included some about it, but you can't really get by on gradients I suppose.

Hey, atleast I tried. XD I had no colored light to remind me quite how it looks. Tried to remember from Christmas.
