Given its relatively small size, the Creaper poses no means of excessive physical damage. However, given the nature of it's venom, a bite can cause long-lasting mental disorders if the victim's reaction is bad enough.

By comparison to a lot of the oversized monsters that the Wasteland has to offer, the Creaper is relatively small and is even considerably docile, if handled carefully enough. Some even go as far as to keep them as pets, though many of these people have the Creaper de-fanged first. The venom is what makes the Creaper such a dangerous creature to come by, even if it isn't necessarily deadly in and of itself.

Instead of developing an absurd size like some of the other monsters in the wastes, the Creaper developed and extremely potent venom that triggers fear reactions in the brain and causes vivid hallucinations. As a result, those bitten by the Creaper usually experience something not unlike their own personal hell, with the things they fear the most appearing before them. Depending on how much venom is put into the body, this reaction can last anywhere from an hour to a whole day.

The Creaper is very calm in temperment and usually only lashes out when absolutely necessary, so bites in the wild are uncommon. However, it is not uncommon for raiders and other wasteland scum to capture Creapers and extract their venom, using it for means of torture, interrogation, or sick pleasure.
