I AM A TERRIBLY LATE SECRET VALENTINE, but here's some Allen x Lenalee for ya, BonbonBeluvr .Went out of my comfort zone this time and colored all in marker. I rather like the result, I hope you do too ;v;/
As for the story, welp, I had a lot of ideas, but it was hard to write an exact scene down to explain it. I guess I'll leave it up to y'all in how you interpret it.

I have to admit, I'm a bigger fan of AllenxRoad or AllenxLou Fa. But this is a gorgeous picture. I love the expressions on their faces and the lighting. The colors in it are also fantastic. Very well done picture.

Sorry. There's nothing funny about suicide. But I would like to see Allen and Road get together canonically.

Slowly, light began to filter back into Allen's eyes. The last thing that he remembered was being hit hard over the head with something from behind, and falling unconscious. He opened his eyes. At first, it hurt to look around, the room appeared much too bright to not be lit, although it was clear that the lights were not on.
Looking around, he saw that it was a fairly plain room with a bureau, a lamp that wasn't lit, a closet, a desk, and… a poster on the wall with his picture on it? That was weird. It seemed the kind of thing that Bak would do, but with a picture of Lenalee instead.
Allen tried to move, but found that his arms and legs were tied to the four ends of the bed with fairly strong rope. It was only rope, though, so he would easily be able to break it with his Innocence activated. He tried to

I'll read it, although I don't like Allen x Road and I don't think I'll ever will. No matter how open-minded I try to be. I find myself liking it at times like whenever I see a good artwork of them, but majority of the times it doesn't click for me. I don't mean to offend by saying that.

Yes. Something about the Romeo and Juliet situation that would represent an AllenxRoad pairing is just kind of appealing. Hopefully they don't both end up committing suicide in the end. I'm of the opinion that Road isn't really dead. That her regeneration is just slowed because Apocryphos represented such an unknown factor.
After all, a sentient piece of Innocence that has such great power is a big plot twist. So, yeah, I can't wait to see if and when Road comes back, and if she'll head to the Earl first, to Allen, or to someone else.

Between that and their personalities xD Their interactions are far more playful and amusing than for what I've seen for other Allen ships, which is what appeals to me, I think. And then there's Road's "magical hugs" which never fail to get Allen out of a panic attack LOL
I don't have the translation link on me at the moment, but I do know that Hoshino actually made an announcement that Road is indeed alive and that she'll be having a role to play soon (as soon as a quarterly manga is anyway xD). It makes sense, considering her real body isn't even in reality o: I'm really excited to see what happens too!

Eventually, sooner rather than later, most likely, Road is probably going to have to choose between her love of Allen and her family. It will be a plotline rife for exploration, and I will enjoy every page of it. That said, the difference between Romeo & Juliet and AllenxRoad is that Allen and Road's romance, if it happens, will not be able to bring the families together. This is not some romance comedy. This is not two feuding families who just need to realize that they have more in common than they do different.
They are two armies in a war that's been going on since the time of Adam. Two people are not going to end that war. However, I also completely approve of their relationship, and I love the possibilities for it.

Very true! Then there's the whole issue with Neah trying to take over Allen, and Road's affections for Neah as a part of her family as well. Pretty awk having a crush on a guy who is not only out to "save" your family, but also has a family member taking over their body, haha. But then, it seems there are some theories that Road's affections for Allen are inspired by Neah's presence in his body, but I'm pretty sure it's far more than that.

Actually, I'm pretty sure that Neah is trying to destroy the Earl. So arguably, he might be trying to destroy Road's family. Yes, I've heard the theory that Road's crush on Allen is connected to her crush on Neah. I think the two may have a correlation. But I don't think it's causative.
In other words, I think they're connected, but her crush on Neah isn't the most direct reason for her crush on Allen, or at least not the only one.

I think he has to kinda get through the Family itself before he can get to the Earl, since they'll protect him, and that's what happened last time. Then it'll depend on whether Road can fight Neah, who is still technically Family - which makes me wonder again the circumstances that allowed her to live through the original massacre by Neah. Either she couldn't bring herself to fight Family, or Neah simply couldn't kill her due to her abilities. True, true o:
I hope Road has one helluva comeback though. It would be interesting to see her juggling both "supporting" Allen as well as remaining loyal and protective of her Family.

Well, the deal with Neah is, he's arguably the most powerful Noah outside of Road. Road is powerful, mostly due to the fact that it's VERY hard to kill her. I mean incredibly hard. Apocryphos curb stomped her and she still is going to come back.
Perhaps Neah did try to kill her, and came close. And her feelings for him derive from the fact that he very nearly succeeded. After all, if Neah is who we think he is, he's the Noah who's destined to destroy the Noah Family. So maybe Road has sort of a weird, masochistic crush on the man who almost killed her.
That said, I think Road, for as hard as she is to kill, is not the most powerful Noah. I would give that title to Tyki, most likely. He must have been very strong willed to keep both sides of himself for such a long time. Then, he became even more powerful once Allen stabbed him with the Exorcism Sword. Plus, he's got the Teeze, which get more powerful and bigger the more they eat. So, yeah. Tyki is goddamn beast in that respect.
Road is just nearly invulnerable. And invulnerability does not equal actual power. Neah, I get the feeling got personal lessons in the use of magic from both Marion and the Earl. I feel like Neah and Marion were very close, like, bromance close. And Neah was undoubtedly the Earl's favorite until he betrayed him. Then the Earl went all yandere crazy. So, I can't wait to see how the story continues.
