After watching 'Dancing with the stars' on channel 7, I have been compelled to draw dancing people since.*

Its hard to capture the imagine in my mind onto paper. While I didnt really get the first few images I had I am quite proud of this one. Finally a dancing couple. Some of the dresses were very inspiring, and beautiful.

I cant remember weither I made this dress up or copied it from the show. I can't really tell from the sketches I drew in front of the TV. I know the colour scheme is mine, I love that mix of colours, and I know those laces are original, because I didn't draw them and they don't fit with the theme. (Wow, what a contradicting sentence. Shall explain in a bit.)

Those hands are crap and his face/head got screwed up. Someone even thought that was a chick, while I may draw cross dressing characters in a tux, that face doesn't look like a guy, does it?

~aikochan86 let me draw with her pretty textas and special paper and this was the second image I did with them. Aria, I think they were called. I spose I could call this a colaboration with her, as she added the shading to the girl, and the laces, then left me to do the same on the guy. Which is why his shading doesnt look too real. Or good.

I like the expression on her face, a sense of calm always crosses my mind when I look at her.

Coloured with Aria or Tria.... textas, edited a little tiny bit in photoshop.

* For those that dont know, 'Dancing with the stars' is a show where they pair up movie actors with professional dancers and make them learn dance routines in a week then perform. One team gets eliminated and blah blah. Until the best dancers remain. Stars and dancers have great bodies that look great in pretty dresses and weird half material suits.
