A pretty good piece of art you drew there, I really like the colors but its lacking in a few things.
I can see what you were going for and you nailed it pretty well there are a few things you need that to improve on. You drew the head rather big when trying to go for that style but I think it gives it character that way. The hair is really drawn and colored good,I also love the shading and the way the skirt looks and I can tell that this took a long time and some effort but I can see holes in the coloring, parts were there is white but again gives it a little character.
An over all good piece that with the right practice could look really amazing.

Your colouring style just blows me away. It looks a little scratchy at first, particularly on the background, but looking at the doll's corset and dress I can see you have a much gentler hand when need be and it's all done in the name of style. The delicate workings of the arm must have been such a pain to colour and they came out looking really good. If anything I'd advise emphasising the edges more, especially oon the exposed arm, as some of the details get lost or blur together. The blue of her eye just gives me the creeps. Good job.

also perspective and lighting lessons are needed for you to be a good technical artist

That's amazing for crayons
I loved how you mixed all these different colors for the skin. I would've never thought to have used purple and a bright yellow, but it looks fantastic. I wish I could give you critique, but I don't understand how you could do better than this with a medium like fricken crayons.
