Oh I love this picture! The various hues of the water, the playfulness! I swear I can hear Rover's shriek and giggling over the splashing! (And that funny reverb that sound has on water) Rover has the most adorable big ears and his hair's so very red when it's wet! (I can relate. My hair turns much redder when wet as well. So much detail! I even like how, if you look closely, you can see Flyspur's tail underwater.
It's nice to have Flyspur win a contest--although Rover doesn't look like he minds.

I'm so glad you like!! I tried to make Jssfloon's rainbow sky reflect in the water. I don't know how well I succeeded, though.
Yeah, his hair gets a lot darker when it's wet. And it being a lot flatter makes his ears look so much bigger!

You certainly don't see Flyspur unkept very often. Even when he's swimming he'll usually slick his hair back as soon as he's above water. But he's a little too busy to do that right now.

Yeah. He's meticulous even as a child. Being a Third there are so many things in his life that are out of his control, so the little things that he can, like his appearance, have become important to him.

Very Welcome! I know it is, especially drawing water near old structures because then it has to be green-ish and stuff, which makes it tougher to look like water.
