A desing for December at Creature-Exchange!

I had to do something for .
They asked for an anthro big, brutish spy/detective. You can see their prompt here: comments.deviantart.com/1/4977…

I think the prompt was easy enough to understand and follow and left me a good amount of artistic freedom to play with. (I also think this question is a bit useless, but I have to answer it anyway...)

More than anything, Mutei's prompt made me think about Blacksad (it's a pretty dark commic about a black cat detective, you should check it out, it's really pretty), so I had to take some inspiration from it, while staying away from the panther they suggested (because it would have looked too much like said cat )
Instead I decided I'd go for an old, kind of fat but definitelly still going strong black bear retired policeman/detective. I imagine him pretty grumpy and cynical about life because of something that happened to him during his time as an official police officer (His partner/lover/child died? He had to kill a kid? Who knows! I'll let you come up with something). His heavy smoking might have left him with a bit of a cough, but don't think you can outrun him. When his mind is set on something, there's no stopping him and he sure can pack a punch despite his age.

(Of course you can modify his back story if you preffer. I hope you like him!)
