Those are one of a kind, meaning that this specific lineart or specie will NOT be reused again in the futur! (unless it's for a personnal design).

You will be sent a bigger version upon payment.

-you may NOT resell the desing once bought.
-you may, however, trade or give it away.
-you may modify or antro-ify as wanted.
-you may NOT use for commercial purpose, unless at least 50+% of the desing as been changed, and only with the artist's consent.

What is a semi-custom?
A semi-custom is a design made on commission, on a pre-existing lineart, based on a theme, color scheme, inspirational image, music or set of words. These are here to allow YOU to get something more to your taste, to fit with something more specific you might be looking for, yet leaving me, the artist with more artistic freedom.
Semi-customs WILL ALWAYS follow a few "breed characteristics" I gave myself when making the creature in question.
For the webwings, those are:
-lighter-than-back belly.
-mostly cool colors.

A little about the Coastal Webwings:
Coastal Webwing are a medium sized breed of dragon that dwells mostly on seaside cliffs, often in small groups. They feed on fish, and hunt by circling above the water then diving at great speed. They are not extremely good swimmer, and will take flight as soon as they can after having caught their prey. Their crest and brightly colored wings are often used in display, to communicate with other members of the group.

(note: The specie description is more of an inspiration source for you than something set in stone. Try to keep a little of it, but I absolutely don't mind if you decide to make your new character into something absolutely unrelated to it. Consider it a stepping stone for your OWN stories.)
