Happy Halloween new year?
I mean it was clearly a prompt written for the month of fright, so scary, nighmare fuel, snakey monster thing you got
I tried integrating some goat and jellyfish elements too with the eyes and head structure as well as the back tentacles.

It hunts humans by hiding in a dark place, be it in an alley or a cave and calling out for help. With help from illusory powers, the disguise is a bit more convincing with only the head mask on its neck and first set of long, twisted arms truly visible to its victim, the rest of its body becoming an unimportant mass in their mind. That is, until they get close enough for it to grab them and devour them before disappearing again into the night. It's weak to sunlight and not very fast on land except for short burst so it prefers to hide into a source of water such as a lake or the sewers during the day. Its body is quite soft and it can squeeze into surprisingly small space for its size. Under it's slightly translucent skin, dark veining and organs can be guessed and sometimes even then remain of its last meal...

No problem, everything was clear enough.

2 - Please explain how you interpreted the prompt to create your design. Which features did you use? Did you stick to the chosen palette or make changes to it? Does the design you created have any special abilities or quirks?
Look up at the description . It's mostly snake-like, but with some goat and jellyfish elements. I hope you don't mind the humanoid aspect of it with all the arms and stuff, it's just so much more creepier when there's some human aspect into a monster desing I think. (feel free to mess up the arm and face anatomy on purpose too. They're ment to be "human like" not perfectly human )
