The afternoon sat,pregnant with insignificant purpose.
3 lives,
3 friends,
1 escape.
The bathroom is cool,
the outside air is warm.
The tissue crumbles,
As it scrambles to clean up the mistakes.
Explanations,
from one to another.
Each separate,
Aware only of their own abilities.
Working:
on, with, off, of and for each other.
Learning,
Teaching,
All with careful carelessness.
A quiet gathering,
Recorded,
Remembered.
The permanent color of a peaceful bond,
deep,
soft,
unconditional.
No outside influences,
just the three.
Moments tied loosely,
perfectly unaligned.
An afternoon unhindered-
simply insignificant.

Cathedrals is the greatest ever. I am going this Thursday to their last concert in Nashville. They are breaking up. I cried when I found out. Sobbed actually.
