He may look tough, but he's still nowhere near as powerful as Virgil.

Meet the "King of Pigs" in all his false glory. Judas claims to be the king of a desert wasteland and demands to referred to as a king and a figure of high authority, but he is not really a king of anything. He is called the King of Pigs because the desert that he "rules" over is a wasteland filled with thieves and bandits. Even if he was a real king, he wouldn't have much to brag about.

Although Judas is a power-hungry tyrant and will do anything to get more power. The only things he desires are more fear and respect from his peers, and he becomes enraged if someone challenges his false rule.
