Backstory for those who haven't played it: Seychelles is the new girl in the World Academy. She was a former colony of France and was invited to attend the academy to learn more about other countries. She was excited to go until she met England, the student council president. He immediately declared her his colony as soon as she entered the gates of the school. (England is a REAL grade A asshole in here, and he treats the poor island nation like she is his personal slave.) So yeah, France and England are at arms with each other because of poor innocent little Sey-chan. She just came in at the wrong time.
