I don't think you'll see this maybe? You haven't been on for a bit, but if you ever see this, do you think perhaps you could let me know how exactly to turn the gears since you said they could in an earlier comment? If not, thank you anyway for sharing.

I don't remember since I don't use MMD much anymore, but I believe that the stage had motion bones with which you can turn or move the stage. All you need to do is create a simple motion for them and repeat the motion frames throughout the length of your video. If not, then I'd try all the sliders until you see one that moves the stage and then repeat the motion frames.
