What catches my eye in this photo is the dramatic use of colours.
It is an extremely well coloured photo, and the exposure is just perfect.
Composition-wise it seems that the horizon is exactly in the middle. Looking how much detail there is on the beach and in the sky I wouldn't consider that very disturbing.
A small thing that I notice is that the horizon seems to be leaning to the right a tiny bit. But that is a quick fix.
It is nice to see short exposure-time photos of the beach as well, it makes it more unique to the overused long-exposure beaches and harbours.
An overall great piece with great detail and lovely colours, very well done!

I've finished BioShock 2. It's cool, but I think the first one was better... In the first one everything was new for you, the first time in Rapture, you didn't know anything about the place you were trapped, but, anyway, it's cool aswell, play it if you can!
