Been practicing drawing Cassia as well as going into her race a little more, so here is a little doodle dump.

I'll copy paste some rambles from tumblr just for a little extra stuff:

Arthelle is part of a race called the Lucani. Notable for their large horns and stature, as well as their dark grey skin.
They are a dying race spread thin across their world. The shortage of Lucani is due to their awkward seasonal mating rituals where they either never show up due to the location being far away, or everyone shows up but the males end up fighting each other so aggressively that they forget the reason they all showed up in the first place.
Mostly they are known for being tough, high energy kind of people, they are constantly on the go and can be tiring to be around since they have so much energy to burn, they can go days without sleeping, that is normal for them.
They have thick, leathery kind of skin on their foreheads, often joked that it’s because their kind spend all their time butting heads.
There is some truth to that though, as the Lucani’s aggressive nature is strongest when around one another. Very rarely you’ll find a lucani living peacefully alongside one of their own.
It’s very common for their kind to have no knowledge of their own family since most are abandoned or adopted by the other races.

Cassia was raised by humans so she functions on an average persons daily routine, her figure is a result of that, she has all the energy of an average Lucani but has been disciplined to follow the routine of her human family.
It leaves her with a lot of energy at the end of each day, a lot of it was spent wide awake in the middle of the night as a young woman, lying in bed with only her thoughts, it didn’t make for a healthy mind and she does appear to be on edge a lot.

She’s surprisingly limber for a woman of her size. It’s very easy to underestimate her but she could rival Arty in combat. He knows not to take her on, they only battle with wits and words.
