Description Sketchbook drawing I did a few hours ago, could not go to sleep for the life of me... oh well, did some works I really like so it worked out for the best I guess! I cannot get enough of art nouveau! Mucha, je t'aime.

The cropped-off lyrics are from a song I wrote titled, Poison Me, scanner wouldn't have them lol.

I cannot remember the name of the model I ref'd, nor where I got the pic from but she is a beautiful, beautiful red-head! Paper texture from somewhere on DA, been on my harddrive for years!

I was lucky to find a glass candle holder with a painting of his on it, I love to just put a night light in it and keep it lit, I love his paintings so much and this is a beautiful piece, well done, im very jealous now

i love mucha for his unique take on art nuevo just like i looooove bob masse's take on the art nuevo rock poster (seriously check him out if you havent heard of him! he's Canadian!) I almost got to meet him once.. i actually have a t-shirt with his illustration for "the works art and design festival" but my other favorite illustrator is luis royo mmmm heavy metal :3
