Anyways, took a very long time, had to look at a youtube video for the reference, took FOREVERS!!!
Anyways I am very happy with how she turned out, behold, the Locust Queen!

So that's the Queen, I'm curious as to why some people think she is Marcus Fenix's mother

Well, during her meeting with Marcus, she asks him if it is true that he is the son of Adam Fenix. She then say's he spoke highly of him. This means at some point, the Locust queen, and Adam Fenix have spoken, and probably been something like "friends". I personally do not think she is his mother, but anything can happen in Gears XD
Did you hear about Maria (Dom's wife) being the queen? That was an interesting, yet extremely wrong theory

yeah cuz the queen's name in Mryah which sounds an awful Maria. If I was to wager which scenario was likely I'd put my money on Queen being being Marcu's mother being Maria cuz that is just ridiculous

her being partially human keeps me thinking about the possibility the locusts are human made, a mistake in trying to find a cure for something possibly
and since she most defiantly knows Adam Fenix then maybe Marcus should be calling her mommy

I completely agree about the human-made aspect. The Sire in Gears 2 were man-made, so we know it's possible.
I doubt this but one theory I have is that the woman who disovered Immulsion, did not like the turn out it had on Sera (the pendulum wars and all), so she used her scientific skills to creat an army to give the humans something to fight for, you know, teach them what war really is.
But I doubt it.

that sounds like a reasonable explanation behind the creation of them
and Adam Fenix knows so much about the underground, has had contact with the queen and was a professor i think thats enough to go on that he had a hand in their creation and even down to his name; Adam the father of all children, which i think fits in well because all the locust buildings look very religious to me

Yes, I never realized the Adam concept. They do look religious, but I gues we will find out for sure in GoW 3 hopefully!
