This is really beautiful! I love Xenogears, and still play it to this day. XD Elly is one of my favorites (although Billy is my all time favorite). You did an excellent job with the details on Elly's uniform. :3

The number of these pictures is one favorite even as for me.
The color is studied reading the book recently...It works hard.

The only strange things I see are the blue shadow in her hair and the brown hair between the legs. since the blue is not shown anywhere else in her hair it stands out too much. An easy solution would be add more blue to the rest of her hair or make that a tan like the rest of the hair. The brown spot is too close to the color of her legs so lighten it up a bit.
I just noticed her face has no shadow, was that to make it stand out or was that overlooked?
other then that, solid work here. You have confident anatomy and attention to detail. Keep this up and you'll be fine.
