I enjoy the faintly charged aspect outlining her character, lending a subconscious vibrance to the image. The calm yet intense beauty of her face is also a big plus in my book... it is as if she is quite sincere in her confidence. A quality that Elhayme Von Hauten exuded throughout the Game.

Well if you think about it, the characters actually look like this during the game because of the small sprites.

There are several things about this that I love. I'll tell you about them.
Number one, it's NEW Xenogears art. When I saw the thumbnail, I got interested so I checked it out. It's really beautiful, this piece, and I was so shocked when I saw that it barely had any comments. And then I saw the date it was submitted and I'm all, "OMG! x3 New art!"
Number two, it's ELLY for God's sake. Elly is awesome.
Number three, I absolutely adore how you drew her in a whole different light. You don't see a lot of pictures like these. I like how you added variety to Elly's hair. The coloring is simple, but it's really nice. I love that soft glow behind her. ^_^
