Description
So this is something i've wanted to do for a long time. In April of last year I made two drawings of Klonoa in his Classic PS1 Door to Phantomile design and in his PS2 Lunatea's Veil design. Afterwards I planned on drawing his third design which is how he appeared in the Wii remake of Door to Phantomile which is just titled "Klonoa". I eventually grew out of the idea of drawing his Wii design, I tried doing it several times but I found this design to be more difficult to draw than his previous two designs (also I can't for some reason find any good refs of his design from the Wii game). I got the idea to draw Klonoa in my design after I made this so I finally got around to doing it. So I guess this is how Klonoa would appear if he existed in Flash's universe.My character style version:

Yeah i've been curious about that as well. I think at one point Namco might've thought of making Klonoa one of their flagship series right beside Pac-Man so they gave him that hat to be a symbol of the company Namco or something, that's just a theory I have.

Im suprised anyone that i've talked to haven't even heard of the dream traveller klonoa, People mistake him for some Sonic Oc for some odd reason.... I think its the style of his eyes.... Anyways, Klonoa is one of my favorite underated series of games because of their unique style of platforming, characters, and environments, It almost reminds me of Kirby 64 the crystal shards in a way

Yeah Klonoa is an underrated franchise. Not a lot of people have played Klonoa, I think it has something to do with marketing tbh. Also there hasn't been a new Klonoa game since the 2007 Wii remake of the first game. There is a Klonoa Anime Movie coming up.

Here's to hoping the OVA will make people recognize klonoa alot more and possibly reviving klonoa than their previous attempt (Remastering Klonoa for the Wii, but ofc, didn't sell well due to lack of advertising from Bandai Namco's part)
