Description
This is my work in progress of Catalog, the character mentioned within the story Halo: Silentium. This character is important in terms of art because so far as I have been able to see, no art exists of this character. None at all, which makes this a bit of an exercise for creativity. This is my depiction of Catalog which is only a work in progress that I will fine tune. I would like to hear your thoughts on it though! Of course, it helps if you have read Halo: Silentium!Also, I have recorded the sessions so far of me drawing this! So I may upload them to youtube as well!

Though I haven't read Silentium, was there a part in there that said he looked like an angel - winged coffin with spider legs? Even if there wasn't I still like your concept.

I remember some parts about it, but aside from a few details such as the legs and the coffin, there really was not much given to me, so a lot of this design was based on speculation.

So it was a spider-coffin? That's pretty cool. It'd be pretty awesome to ride around in something like that.

Well, you have to do something really bad to have to get in the coffin in the first place. In a way, it's really poetic.

I suppose so, one could only imagine what monstrosity rests inside.
It is, you get heat, humidity, and a little splash of 1980's architecture lining our beaches.
