Although the two have never met, and although they are essentially the same person, each Sally has had a completely different experience from the other. These differences can be as small as a few choices of clothing to as large as physical differences and relationship choices. While one has had the honor of being a freedom fighter for her people and stop Robotnik with the help of her friends, the other has become a champion of the stars and has ventured further than any of her people into the unknown, set on protecting not only her people, but both her galaxy and her human friends'The one on the right is my AU Sally Acorn in an alternate dimension rather than the Mobius Prime timeline. Her history is vastly greater than the one on the left. Robotnik never died and was replaced by Eggman, Humans arrived from an alternate dimension and connected universes, she left her homeworld for Earth, and she never fell in love with Sonic the Hedgehog, and her ancestors settled Mobius by accident rather than inheriting it after the Xorda attack.
And just when you thought you knew yourself.

Well, it wasn't quite the same evolutionary path as the Archie Sally. That species of Mobian evolved naturally over ten thousand years to a level of sapience, but the AU Sally's ancestors were infused with Human DNA rapidly over a very short period of time, and the Humans also recieved animal DNA. While the humans didn't go much farther than increased senses or hairier arms, the Mobians (known as anthros at the time) achieved rapid evolution as their bodies adjusted to the Human DNA over simple generations, growing more Human-like every time, not unlike the Archie Mobians who had a long time of a second evolution to have a slow approach.
Yes, Sal on the right does have more of a masculine look to her, as she does actively fight and has less of a feminine edge, but she does still retain female qualities and ideals.
