Description
An illustration meant to go along with Contagion, specifically where the group is forced to retreat into a Forerunner structure by attacking Sentinels. Why they are attacking however is something they will be discovering soon.Sally provides covering fire for the Marines still retreating into the structure, taking pot shots at the drones.

That looks very much like good fire discipline by using her shoulders to support the stock of the weapon. Excellent work as per usual.
Empty magazines on the floor are a bit of a pet peeve of mine since we are trained to pick them up for recycling especially since they need to be precision made and quite expensive but I suppose there was no time to do so amid a firefight with ancient robots.

Awesome perspective! The scene exhibits a sense of action rather than feeling like a stale freeze-frame. Likewise, the environment seems detailed enough to be immediately recognizable, even at this state of sketch, while there's a noticeable focus on the character.
Kudos for getting a good picture together of Sal kicking ass!
