The man who has cemented himself as an enemy of Humanity and Mobians. Julian Kintobor was once a respected man who helped Mobians overcome the Overlander threat during the Great War. Now he is a villain who is willing to burn whole worlds to achieve his goals.

After the arrival of the supercarrier Indomitable, Robotnik saw his chance to start over with fresh resources. He went to Earth's universe and made unlikely alliances.

Robotnik's goals are immortality and control over Existence. Without constant hunting from the UNSC and Mobians, it is plausible that he could actually succeed in his endeavours.
